Lyknore Ballard, Director of Traffic and Business Operations
Lyknore Ballard is our Director of Traffic and Business Operations and has worked with the radio-group since 2016. In 2022, she took on her current role and handles all of the business operations from new clients, to log editing, commercial placement, radio clock orientations, invoicing, and many more tasks associated with keeping a six-station group making money.

Steve Grubbs, Program Director & Sports Director
Steve Grubbs has worked at Inland Northwest Broadcasting and KRPL, Inc. under current ownership since 2005. Steve serves as Program Director for the Palouse’s ESPN 1400 AM and also serves as Sports Director for all six radio stations operated by Inland Northwest Broadcasting, and KRPL, Inc. While Steve’s worked for the current ownership since 2005, he has been doing play by play for more than twenty-five years and is currently the play by play call for Washington State University Playfly Sport Cougar Women’s Volleyball and Cougar Women’s Basketball.

Matt Mony, Program Director
Matt Mony is the Program Director for ZFun 106 (KZFN-FM) and KRPL 102.5 (KRAO-FM) and also serves as the Morning Show host for KRPL 102.5 in addition to evenings on ZFun 106. Matt has worked in several markets around the country including: KITI-FM/AM in Centralia, Washington, WYOY-FM in Jackson, Miss. and Z90 in San Diego.

Bill Myers, Sports Logistics Director & Programming
Bill Myers Bill Myers is a self-proclaimed born and bread Idaho guy, hailing from Boise in the Treasure Valley in the southern part of Idaho. Bill moved to Moscow in 2006 to attend the University of Idaho. He fell in love with the Palouse and its community. Bill is the Sports Logistics Director for Inland Northwest Sports and the six-station cluster, working hard to bring local Prep sports to the airwaves. Bill is also the co-host of Local Sports Talk weekday mornings with Steve Grubbs on
1400 The Palouse’s ESPN. In addition, Bill also joins listeners weekdays during their lunch break for the Daily Nooner from Noon to 2 p.m. on Bull Country 99.5. Bill has loved his last 3 years with Inland Northwest Broadcasting and its family. Bill loves the Palouse and its communities and has enjoyed meeting new people and learning about those communities through a mutual love for radio. Bill is the Varsity Head Golf Coach at Moscow High School and also spends his winters coaching basketball for the Moscow Middle School Cubs.

Robin Stedman, Bookkeeper, Account Payable & Receivables
Robin Stedman handles all of the business operations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, bookkeeping, and payment application for advertiser accounts for Inland Northwest Broadcasting and KRPL Inc. Robin has been full-time with the station-cluster since 2019 although she worked for the former parent-company, Ida Vend Broadcasting for several years prior.

Jamie Canning, Traffic Coordinator
Jamie Canning is our Traffic Coordinator. She places commercials daily for all six radio stations, does reconciliation of aired logs, updates affidavits weekly, programs athletics events, and commercial log editing in our Traffic Department.

Mandy Grant, Program Director and Operations Manager
Mandy Grant has worked for Inland Northwest Broadcasting as a full-time Program Director since 2020 and is serving in the role as acting Operations Manager for the six-cluster group. Mandy is Program Director for KZZL-FM and host of the, ‘Giddy Up’ on Bull Country 99.5 weekday mornings. Mandy comes to Inland Northwest Broadcasting with lots of experience as she is a former Music Director and host on CJVD-FM in Kitchner, Ontario.

Larissa Larsen, Programming & Administration
Larissa Larsen is our full-time reception/front desk person in addition to filling multiple programming roles at the six-station cluster including but not limited to: board operation, log editing, dubbing, production assistance and many other needs on-air and behind the scenes. Larissa has been full-time with the group since 2023.
Doug Taylor, Programming
Doug Taylor is the Afternoon Drive host on KRPL 102.5 and also serves the need for co-hosting Local Sports Talk with Steve Grubbs from time to time. Doug also serves as the play-by-play commentator for the Tri Cities Dust Devils as well as the voice of University of Idaho Women’s Basketball for Learfield/IMG College.


Glenn Noble, Production Director
Glenn Noble is the Production Director for Inland Northwest Broadcasting and KRPL Inc. and Glenn has more than 20 years of experience doing audio production and voiceover for both radio and television, narration, e-learning and more.
